Our Caretaking Services include: Physically inspect property two times a month, (or more often if you want), to insure proper upkeep, maintenance, and security Scheduled routine services of the property before owner’s arrival Inform owner of maintenance and repairs as needed and oversee proper completion of maintenance and repairs Check owner or guests in and out of property and also arrange for cleaning before and after their arrival Keeping owner up to date.
